I need to discover where the problem is and what’s working well and what isn’t. I’ll do this by doing competitive analysis, surveys, user interviews, user journeys and also by looking at existing data if it is available.
Then
I’ll highlight key insights from all my finding, cluster this information into categories and identify opportunities. Here I’ll also create user stories, figure out what the business and product requirements are and decide what needs to be priorities.
Next
